Check the weather conditions. Although our tours can operate in less favourable conditions, we recommend choosing days with better weather to make the most of the experience.
On the 7 Hanging Valleys Trail and the Jeep Safari to Pego do Inferno Waterfall, we recommend wearing trainers or suitable hiking footwear. For all other tours, feel free to wear whatever footwear you find most comfortable.
We advise you to bring some cash with you. Throughout the tour there are stops where you can buy regional products, crafts or a meal, thus avoiding the need to look for a cashpoint, which can be difficult to find.
Please respect the stopping times so as not to delay the tour and to be considerate of others. Pay attention to the times informed by the guide and, if in doubt, please ask again or contact us via WhatsApp or telephone call.
We recommend wearing clothing appropriate for the season for greater comfort during your walk. In summer, shorts and a t-shirt are ideal; in the colder months, we advise bringing warmer clothing, such as a jacket or jumper.
Bring sunscreen, a beach towel, a hat, and anything else you deem necessary to make the most of stops at the beach or by the waterfalls, where you can relax and also take a refreshing dip.
Our tours may occasionally start a few minutes late or run over due to factors such as traffic or at stops. However, we always ensure adherence to the planned itinerary.
On all tours, you'll find various support points along the route, such as cafés, mini-markets, and small shops. These stops allow you to take a break, buy something to eat or drink, or discover local products from the region.
Only on the Carvoeiro and Seven Hanging Valleys tour is there a planned stop for lunch. On the other tours, the stops are shorter, being ideal for buying snacks, drinks, or ready-made light meals.
Our team communicates in four languages — Portuguese, Spanish, English, and French — to ensure everyone can easily understand the explanations and make the most of the experience during the tour.
For the 7 Hanging Valleys and Tavira tours, we do not recommend the participation of passengers with reduced mobility, due to the trails and natural paths. The Alte tour also has several stairs to access the waterfall.
On all tours, with the exception of the tuk tuk, passengers have free time at the various stops along the route. At many of these, it is also possible to use toilets and enjoy the location peacefully.
Our main focus is to provide an incredible and unforgettable experience for our customers, always giving our best to ensure their complete satisfaction and earn excellent reviews.
To make your experience more comfortable and relaxed, we include a pick-up and drop-off service from Olhão, Faro and Tavira, ensuring practical and punctual transportation.
We work with small groups, up to 8 clients, to ensure a more intimate and personalised experience, with attention to detail and excellent service.
