The brand Local Roots Algarve is operated by Get Your Ticket Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal and licensed as a tour operator (RNAAT no. 124/2024).
All tours and experiences are subject to:
Favourable weather conditions;
Compliance with applicable safety standards;
Minimum number of participants.
The company reserves the right to cancel, change or postpone any activity due to safety reasons, adverse sea conditions, weather conditions, force majeure or any other circumstance that may jeopardise the safety of participants or crew.
In the event of cancellation by the company, the customer will be entitled to Full refund of the amount paid.
The customer may cancel their reservation with a full refund provided the cancellation is made at least minimum of 24 hours' notice regarding the estimated departure time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to appear at the scheduled time and place will result in the forfeiture of your right to a refund.
Participation in the activities implies acceptance of the risks inherent in outdoor and maritime experiences.
The company shall not be held liable for:
Injuries, accidents or damage resulting from the customer's failure to comply with safety instructions;
Situations of force majeure, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, sea state, strikes, governmental decisions, wars, acts of terrorism or other unforeseeable events beyond the company's control.;
Damage caused by third parties.
All services are provided in compliance with applicable Portuguese legislation and tourism sector regulations.
Some activities may not be suitable for:
Pregnant women (especially in the later stages of pregnancy);
People with very limited mobility;
Individuals with certain medical conditions.
The minimum recommended age is 5 years, unless otherwise stated.
The team's instructions should be complied with at all times during the activity.
The company is not responsible for:
Personal belongings lost, damaged or stolen during activities;
Participants' luggage or belongings.
It is recommended that all personal belongings remain under the constant supervision of the customer.
